Based in the East Midlands, Moseley Brown Developments are high quality building contractors providing services to Rutland, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. In addition, we have over 10 years experience in building first class homes, from one and two bedroom apartments to large 5/6 bedroom, stone built houses in the East Midlands.

Moseley Brown Developments is run by Steve Brown, who has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a contractors’ quantity surveyor. He has been involved in large civil engineering projects, supermarket, hotel and student accommodation buildings before forming Moseley Brown Developments in 1997.

The construction element of the business is controlled by Andy Craven – Contracts Manager, whose background includes carpentry and joinery, Site Management in the specialist field of hotel construction and was formerly an NHBC Inspector. He has been with the company for 6 years.

In addition the company has full surveying and estimating resources.
